Wichtige Faktoren bei der Wahl des Lehrberufs;Ausbildungsbedingungen im Betrieb und in der Berufsschule; Sorge desVorgesetzten um Ausbildung und um Berichtsheft; Existenz vonLehrlingsunterricht und Lehrwerkstatt im Betrieb; Berufsberatung durchArbeitsamt; Teilnahme an berufsfördernden Kursen außerhalb des Betriebsund in der Berufsschule; Berufsziel; gewünschte Berufsausübung nachLehrabschluß; Betriebsgröße; Hobby; Mitgliedschaft in einem Verein;soziale Herkunft.
2.) Aus einer Aktenanalyse stammen Angaben über: Leistungen in deneinzelnen Berufsschulfächern; Mitgliedschaft in einer Gewerkschaft.
Demographie: Alter (klassiert); Geschlecht; Schulbildung.

2. From file analysis information on: achievements in the individualvocational school subjects; membership in a trade union.
