Workforce agility in an Indian Sample: An Intermodal Arts-Based Intervention

Data of 139 Indian employees was collected during a lab study to understand the effect of Intermodal Arts-Based Intervention on Workforce agility. The fifteen hours intervention integrated four forms of arts: Music, Movement, Visual arts and Theatre. Multiple linear regression and Independent samples t-tests revealed a positive effect.
