This survey continues the Mikrozensus surveys on labour market- and job questions and mainly follows the survey on special forms of working hour arrangements from June 1978 (Mikrozensus MZ7802). This special program adds information on fixed or flexible Working Time, volume of labour, reduction in Working Time, longest break, piece and task work as features of labour organisation and payment and on the net incomes.
