This dataset contains the responses of smallholder farmers who kept cattle, or any combination of cattle with small stock (sheep and goats) across five provinces in South Africa.  The questionnaire includes questions on household demographics, source of income, livestock keeping activities and facilities and disease control measures. The aim of this study was to identify livestock farmers' knowledge, attitudes, practices and perceptions (KAPP) on primary animal healthcare with a special focus on vaccinations. The data contains 191 variables and 591 cases.
