The database of the Corporate Balance Sheets (Ustan) 1964-1986 comprises annual financial statements of non-financial corporations and is formed in the context of the refinancing business. The Ustan 1964-1986 database can be used from 1964 to 1968 and from 1970 to 1986 for research purposes - unfortunately, 1969 is missing. Besides the balance sheet data, the profit and loss account and the asset history sheet (if any) additional information about the firm are available, like the branch of industry or the legal form.

Der Datensatz Unternehmensbilanzen (Ustan) 1964-1986 enthält Jahresabschlüsse deutscher nichtfinanzieller Unternehmen, die der Bundesbank im Kontext des Refinanzierungsgeschäfts zugegangen sind. Die Ustan 1964-1986 kann für die Bilanzjahre 1964 bis 1968 und von 1970 bis 1986 als Panel zu Forschungszwecken genutzt werden. Das Jahr 1969 fehlt leider. Dabei kann auf Positionen der Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung (GuV) und ggf. des Sachanlagenspiegels zugegriffen werden, aber auch auf andere Firmenvariablen wie Wirtschaftszweig oder Rechtsform.
