The data set is especially generated to reproduce results from the article "Managers' Risk Preferences and Firm Training Investments" by Marco Caliendo, Deborah Cobb-Clark, Harald Pfeifer, Arne Uhlendorff and Caroline Wehner. The article is published in European Economic Review and analyses if and how managers' risk preferences impact on the provision of training for workers in the firm.
