The focal point of this Mikrozensus survey is asking employees questions on their labour conditions, which means a description of their job and the the associated stress which might affect the health. Moreover, there are questions on the organisation of the work. The survey should provide information on the situation of working persons and the development over the years. This survey is basically a repetition of the on conducted in September 1980 (Mikrozensus MZ8003).
