Die Befragung umfasst die nationale Bevölkerung in Bulgarien und Rumänien sowie die Bürger aller Mitgliedsstaaten der Europäischen Union, die in den jeweiligen Ländern wohnhaft sind und über zum Ausfüllen des Fragebogens ausreichende Kenntnis der Landessprache verfügen.
Population of the respective nationalities of Bulgaria and Romania, resident in Bulgaria and Romania and aged 15 years and over. The survey covers the national population of citizens in Bulgaria and Romania as well as the population of citizens of all the European Union Member States that are residents in these countries and have a sufficient command of the national languages to answer the questionnaire.
